New Mexico High School Volleyball - Piedra Vista crushed by La Cueva

The La Cueva Bears prevailed the visiting Piedra Vista Panthers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bears now have a 20-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sandia for a 5A District 2 test on Saturday, October 29. La Cueva will confront a Matadors team coming off a 3-0 league win over Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM). The Matadors record now stands at 15-5.

The Panthers (6-14) will now prepare for their test against West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Mustangs enter the 5A District 2 test with a 4-15 record. In their last test, West Mesa dropped by Farmington (Farmington, NM), 3-0, in a league test.
