In Wednesday's league contest, the Alamo Navajo Cougars (Magdalena, NM) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Corona/Vaughn (Corona, NM), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Cougars face the Hondo Valley Eagles (Hondo, NM) in a 1A District 3 contest, on Friday, November 10. Alamo Navajo will attempt to better on its 15-4 season record.
With the loss, Corona/Vaughn moves to 4-12 on the year. The host Mountainair (Mountainair, NM) to face the Mustangs in a 1A District 3 contest on Tuesday, November 7. The Mustangs go into the contest with a record of 2-15.
