California High School Football - Central Valley crushed by Yreka

October 25, 2024: Yreka, CA 96097

The Yreka Miners walloped the visiting Central Valley Falcons football team by a score of 49-0 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Miners play the Lassen Grizzlies (Susanville, CA) in a Northern challenge, on Friday, November 1. Yreka will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Grizzlies go into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 35-10 league win over West Valley (Cottonwood, CA).

The Falcons (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Anderson (Anderson, CA). The Cubs go into the Northern challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Anderson was ripped by University Prep (Redding, CA), 25-8, in a league challenge.
