Arizona High School Football - Kingman Academy tipped by Cortez

Cortez Colts (Phoenix, AZ) backers left the game thrilled Friday as they observed their football squad get by the host Kingman Academy Tigers (Kingman, AZ), 14-12 in a league outing.

The Colts now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Glendale Prep Academy for a 2A Agua Fria outing on Friday, November 1. Cortez will clash with a Griffins squad coming off a 50-27 non-league loss to Miami (Miami, AZ). The Griffins record now stands at 5-4.

With the defeat, Kingman Academy drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Tigers host Phoenix Christian (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Cougars in a 2A Agua Fria outing on Friday, November 1. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 8-1. Phoenix Christian won 55-0 in their recent league outing against Mountainside (Wittmann, AZ)
