With the defeat, Springlake-Earth drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Kress (Kress, TX) to meet the Kangaroos in a 1A 6 Man 1 Region I District 2 (6 Man) test on Friday, November 1. The Kangaroos come into the test with a record of 4-4. Kress won 52-6 in their recent non-league test against Panhandle Christian Home Educators (Amarillo, TX)
