South Carolina High School Football - Newberry Academy falls to King Academy

The King Academy Knights felled the host Newberry Academy football team by a score of 40-32 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Knights face the Laurens Academy Crusaders (Laurens, SC) in a SCISA 8-Man Region I (8 Man) challenge, on Friday, November 1. King Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Crusaders go into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 62-12 league loss to Richard Winn Academy (Winnsboro, SC).
The (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Oakbrook Prep (Spartanburg, SC). The Knights go into the SCISA 8-Man Region I (8 Man) challenge with a 0-8 record. In their last challenge, Oakbrook Prep lost by Wardlaw Academy (Johnston, SC), 54-12, in a league challenge.
