Westchester Comets (Los Angeles, CA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Hamilton Yankees (Los Angeles, CA), 38-8 in a league battle.

With the win, Westchester improves its record to 7-2 on the season. The Comets travel to Venice (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Gondoliers in a Western battle on Friday, November 1. The Gondoliers go into the battle with a record of 9-5. Venice won 19-12 in their recent league battle against Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA)

The Yankees now have a 2-11 record. They play next when they host Los Angeles CES for a Western battle on Monday, October 28. Hamilton will play a Unicorns team coming off a 27-6 league loss to Westchester (Los Angeles, CA). The Unicorns record now stands at 0-7.
