The Anderson Trojans (Austin, TX) volleyball knocked off the host Bastrop Bears (Bastrop, TX), 3-1 in Friday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 26-9 record. They play next when they host Navarro for a 5A Region III District 24 bout on Tuesday, October 29. Anderson will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Crockett (Austin, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 0-24.

With the loss, Bastrop drops to 15-24 on the campaign. The Bears travel to McCallum (Austin, TX) to clash with the Knights in a 5A Region III District 24 bout on Tuesday, October 29. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 27-17. McCallum won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Richards School for Young Women Leaders (Austin, TX)
