Texas High School Volleyball - Ponder over Callisburg

In Friday's league challenge, the host Ponder Lions volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Callisburg Wildcats.

The Lions (32-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Blum (Blum, TX). The Bobcats enter the non-league challenge with a 24-11 record. In their last challenge, Blum beat Covington (Covington, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Whitesboro Bearcats (Whitesboro, TX) in a 3A Region II District 10 challenge, on Tuesday, October 29. Callisburg will attempt to upgrade on its 7-20 season record. The Bearcats enter the challenge with a 22-16 record after their 3-0 league win over Valley View (Valley View, TX).
