Marion Bulldogs (Marion, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Cole Cougars (San Antonio, TX), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Marion improves its record to 13-16 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Randolph (Universal City, TX) to face the Ro-Hawks in a 3A Region IV District 27 test on Tuesday, October 29. The Ro-Hawks go into the test with a record of 33-7. Randolph won 3-0 in their recent league test against Great Hearts Northern Oaks (San Antonio, TX)

The Cougars now own a 18-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Young Women's Leadership Academy for a 3A Region IV District 27 test on Wednesday, October 30. Cole will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Randolph (Universal City, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-17.
