The Creekview Mustangs (Carrollton, TX) volleyball knocked off the visiting The Colony Cougars (The Colony, TX), 3-1 in Friday's league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 14-22 record. They play next when they travel to Newman Smith for a 5A Region II District 12 bout on Tuesday, October 29. Creekview will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Highland Park (Dallas, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 11-20.

With the loss, The Colony drops to 7-22 on the campaign. The Cougars host Lone Star (Frisco, TX) to clash with the Rangers in a 5A Region II District 12 bout on Tuesday, October 29. The Rangers come into the bout with a record of 22-14. Lone Star lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Wakeland (Frisco, TX)
