In Friday's league challenge, the host La Pryor Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Sabinal Yellowjackets.

The Bulldogs (20-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Stacey (San Antonio, TX). The Eagles enter the 2A Region IV District 30 challenge with a 25-6 record. In their last challenge, Stacey beat Brackett (Brackettville, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Yellowjackets meet the Johnson City Eagles (Johnson City, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 5. Sabinal will attempt to upgrade on its 6-16 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 32-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Harper (Harper, TX).
