Texas High School Volleyball - Riesel over Marlin

In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Riesel Indians volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Marlin Bulldogs.

The Indians (23-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Bremond (Bremond, TX). The Tigers enter the 2A Region II District 16 challenge with a 20-13 record. In their last challenge, Bremond was beaten by Chilton (Chilton, TX), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Rosebud-Lott Cougars (Rosebud, TX) in a 2A Region II District 16 challenge, on Tuesday, October 29. Marlin will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 15-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Riesel (Riesel, TX).
