West Virginia High School Volleyball - Capital Spring Valley

The Capital Cougars volleyball team (Charleston, WV), was knocked off 2-0 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Spring Valley Timberwolves (Huntington, WV)

The Timberwolves (28-11) will now prepare for their contest against Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV). The Big Reds enter the non-league contest with a 17-16 record. In their last contest, Parkersburg notched a victory over Lewis County (Weston, WV), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Cougars encounter the South Charleston Black Eagles (South Charleston, WV) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 25. Capital will attempt to improve on its 13-26 season record. The Black Eagles go into the battle with a 21-19 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Summit Christian Academy (Princeton, WV).
