The crowd at Saturday's league battle between the Hanover-Horton Comets (Horton, MI) and the visiting Columbia Central Golden Eagles (Brooklyn, MI), saw Hanover-Horton's volleyball squad notch a victory over Columbia Central by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Hanover-Horton improves its record to 35-1 on the season.

The Golden Eagles now own a 21-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Napoleon for a Cascades battle on Saturday, October 25. Columbia Central will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Vandercook Lake (Jackson, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 22-11.
