The Weaver Beavers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Bloomfield Warhawks to 0 in the Beavers non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Beavers now have a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Academy of Science and Innovation for a non-league game on Monday, October 31. Weaver will meet a Ravens team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Valley Regional (Deep River, CT). The Ravens record now stands at 15-5.
The Warhawks (1-18) will now prepare for their game against Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (Hartford, CT). The Phoenix enter the non-league game with a 13-4 record. In their last game, Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy dropped by Rockville (Vernon, CT), 3-0, in a non-league game.
