The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Wheeler Lions (North Stonington, CT) and the visiting Killingly Redmen (Killingly, CT), saw Wheeler's volleyball squad beat Killingly by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Wheeler upgrades its record to 13-5 on the year. The Lions host Putnam (Putnam, CT) to play the Clippers in a Eastern Connecticut - Small bout on Monday, October 31. The Clippers go into the bout with a record of 7-12. Putnam won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Killingly (Killingly, CT)

The Redmen now own a 4-15 record.
