The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Pyramid Lake Lakers (Nixon, NV) and the visiting Coleville Wolves (Coleville, CA), saw Pyramid Lake's volleyball squad beat Coleville by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Pyramid Lake upgrades its record to 14-11 on the year. The Lakers travel to Virginia City (Virginia City, NV) to play the Muckers in a 1A Western bout on Friday, October 27. The Muckers go into the bout with a record of 10-13. Virginia City won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage (Yerington, NV)

The Wolves now own a 19-9 record. They play next when they travel to Virginia City for a non-league bout on Saturday, November 4. Coleville will play a Muckers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV). The Muckers record now stands at 11-13.
