The Milford Mavericks topped the visiting West Bloomfield Lakers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Mavericks now have a 18-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fenton for a non-league test on Monday, October 30. Milford will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lake Fenton (Linden, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 28-4.
