With the win, Deer River advances its record to 9-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] (Isle, MN) to play the Huskies in a non-league battle on Friday, November 1. The Huskies go into the battle with a record of 8-2. Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] won 24-8 in their recent non-league battle against Braham/Rysdam Academy (Braham, MN)
