The La Feria Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Jubilee Brownsville Titans to 2 in the Lions league triumph on Saturday.

The Lions (13-21) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley View (Pharr, TX). The Tigers come into the 4A Region IV District 32 challenge with a 8-7 record.

Next, the Titans meet the Port Isabel Tarpons (Port Isabel, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 32 challenge, on Monday, October 28. Jubilee Brownsville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Tarpons come into the challenge with a 5-23 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hidalgo (Hidalgo, TX).
