Lincoln Park Railsplitters (Lincoln Park, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Roosevelt Bears (Wyandotte, MI), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, Lincoln Park improves its record to 8-17 on the season. The Railsplitters host Anderson (Southgate, MI) to face the Titans in a Downriver test on Tuesday, October 29. The Titans go into the test with a record of 5-11. Anderson lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Huron (New Boston, MI)

The Bears now own a 17-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverview for a non-league test on Saturday, October 26. Roosevelt will face a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Ferndale (Ferndale, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 6-20.
