In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Bloomfield Bobcats volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Aztec Tigers.
The Bobcats (12-5) will now prepare for their battle against Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM). The Broncos come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record.
Next, the Tigers encounter the Gallup Bengals (Gallup, NM) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, November 1. Aztec will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Bengals come into the battle with a 2-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Miyamura (Gallup, NM).
