In Thursday's non-league contest, the Arleta Mustangs (Arleta, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Mendez Jaguars (Los Angeles, CA), by a margin of 3-1.
Next up, the Mustangs face the GALA Goddesses (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, October 31. Arleta will attempt to better on its 9-11 season record. The Goddesses go into the contest with a 16-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences (Granada Hills, CA).
With the loss, Mendez moves to 16-8 on the year.
