CHSA HomeSchool Wolverines (Houston, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting San Marcos HomeSchool Panthers (San Marcos, TX), 48-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, CHSA HomeSchool upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season.

Next up, the Panthers play the New Braunfels Thunder Thunder (New Braunfels, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 29. San Marcos HomeSchool will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Thunder go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 57-23 non-league loss to Founders Classical Academy (Leander, TX).
