The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Welch Wildcats (Welch, OK) and the visiting Cave Springs Hornets (Bunch, OK), observed Welch's football squad bounce Cave Springs by a count of 38-0.

The Wildcats now own a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Arkoma for a B District 6 (8 Man) contest on Friday, November 4. Welch will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 52-6 league loss to Keota (Keota, OK). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-4.

Coming up next, the Hornets encounter the Foyil Panthers (Foyil, OK) in a B District 6 (8 Man) contest, on Thursday, November 3. Cave Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 1-8 record after their 50-20 league loss to Gans (Gans, OK).
