The Hiawatha Hawks football team (Kirkland, IL), was ripped 44-8 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Polo Marcos (Polo, IL)
The Marcos (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] (Woodhull, IL). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 9-1 record. In their last challenge, Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] trounced South Fork/Edinburg/Morrisonville (Kincaid, IL), 58-24, in a non-league challenge.
The Hawks now sport a 5-4 record.
