With the win, Nevis upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Ogilvie (Ogilvie, MN) to encounter the Lions in a non-league outing on Thursday, November 2. The Lions go into the outing with a record of 9-1. Ogilvie won 44-14 in their recent non-league outing against Cromwell/Floodwood (Cromwell, MN)

With the loss, Verndale moves to 7-4 on the season.
