With the win, Irvington improves its record to 8-8 on the season. The Blue Knights travel to Union City (Union City, NJ) to face the Soaring Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, November 5. The Soaring Eagles go into the test with a record of 15-3. Union City won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against North Bergen (North Bergen, NJ)

The Tornadoes now own a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glen Ridge for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 29.
