Fans at Monday's league contest between the Mahpiya Luta Crusaders (Pine Ridge, SD) and the visiting Todd County Falcons (Mission, SD), observed Mahpiya Luta's volleyball team hold off Todd County by a count of 3-2.

The Crusaders (14-21) will now prepare for their contest against Hot Springs (Hot Springs, SD). The Bison enter the non-league contest with a 12-15 record. In their last contest, Hot Springs was tipped by Spearfish (Spearfish, SD), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Falcons battle the Crow Creek Chieftains (Stephan, SD) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 29. Todd County will attempt to move on its 12-18 season record. The Chieftains enter the contest with a 11-17 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD).
