In Monday's league challenge, the visiting McClintock Chargers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Metro Tech Knights.

The Chargers (16-4) will now prepare for their challenge against North (Phoenix, AZ). The Mustangs come into the 5A - Metro challenge with a 13-8 record. In their last challenge, North beat Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights play the Central Bobcats (Phoenix, AZ) in a 5A - Metro challenge, on Wednesday, October 30. Metro Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 5-16 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 3-0 league win over Fairfax (Laveen, AZ).
