The Cleveland Storm volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Farmington Scorpions to 0 in the Storm non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Storm now have a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Piedra Vista for a game on Thursday, October 30. Cleveland will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Cibola (Albuquerque, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 11-4.
The Scorpions (7-9) will now prepare for their game against Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM). The Hawks go into the non-league game with a 11-4 record. In their last game, Volcano Vista was topped by Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM), 2-1, in a league outing.
