The Academy of the Sacred Heart Saints volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Port Barre Red Devils to 0 in the Saints non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Saints now have a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Barbe for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 30. Academy of the Sacred Heart will play a Buccaneers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Iota (Iota, LA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 24-9.

The Red Devils (10-16) will now prepare for their game against Lafayette (Lafayette, LA). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 19-4 record. In their last game, Lafayette gained a win over Sulphur (Sulphur, LA), 3-0, in a league game.
