In Saturday's league battle, the visiting Reed Raiders soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Spanish Springs Cougars.
The Raiders (5-10) will now prepare for their battle against Galena (Reno, NV). The Grizzlies come into the non-league battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Galena nudged Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV), 1-0, in a league battle.
With the loss, Spanish Springs drops to 2-11 on the season.
