New Mexico High School Volleyball - Alamogordo overwhelmed by Mayfield

In Saturday's league battle, the visiting Mayfield Trojans volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Alamogordo Tigers.

The Trojans (10-11) will now prepare for their battle against Gadsden (Anthony, NM). The Panthers come into the 5A District 3 battle with a 9-12 record. In their last battle, Gadsden lost by Centennial (Las Cruces, NM), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) in a 5A District 3 battle, on Tuesday, November 1. Alamogordo will attempt to advance on its 3-18 season record. The Bulldawgs come into the battle with a 17-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM).
