New Mexico High School Volleyball - St. Pius X over Grants

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host St. Pius X Sartans volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Grants Pirates.

The Sartans (17-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM). The Jaguars enter the 4A District 5 challenge with a 12-7 record. In their last challenge, Valencia beat Grants (Grants, NM), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Pirates meet the Highland Hornets (Albuquerque, NM) in a 4A District 5 challenge, on Wednesday, October 30. Grants will attempt to upgrade on its 8-13 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 0-19 record after their 3-0 league loss to Belen (Belen, NM).
