Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the River Valley Mustangs (Three Oaks, MI) and the host Marcellus Wildcats (Marcellus, MI), observed River Valley's volleyball team top Marcellus by a count of 3-0.

The Mustangs (18-12) will now prepare for their contest against Eau Claire (Eau Claire, MI). The Beavers enter the Red Arrow contest with a 4-17 record. In their last contest, Eau Claire was knocked off by Zion Christian (Byron Center, MI), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Wildcats battle the Berrien Springs Shamrocks (Berrien Springs, MI) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, October 30. Marcellus will attempt to better on its 4-20 season record. The Shamrocks come into the outing with a 16-18 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Hackett Catholic Prep (Kalamazoo, MI).
