Washington Academy Raiders (East Machias, ME) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host George Stevens Academy Eagles (Blue Hill, ME), 5-4 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Washington Academy moves its record to 4-9 on the campaign.
The Eagles now sport a 2-10 record.
