Louisa County Lions (Mineral, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Louisa County upgrades its record to 12-9 on the year. The Lions travel to Powhatan (Powhatan, VA) to meet the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 4. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 17-3. Powhatan won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Richmond High School for the Arts (Richmond, VA)

Next, the Bulldogs face the Kettle Run Cougars (Nokesville, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, November 3. Goochland will attempt to improve on its 8-12 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 21-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Manassas Park (Manassas Park, VA).
