In Monday's non-league contest, the Kent Island Buccaneers (Stevensville, MD) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC), by a margin of 2-0.
With the loss, St. John's drops to 2-9 on the campaign. The Cadets travel to Flint Hill (Oakton, VA) to battle the Huskies in a non-league contest on Wednesday, October 5. The Huskies come into the contest with a record of 1-1.
