Minnechaug Regional Falcons (Wilbraham, MA) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Westfield Bombers (Westfield, MA), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Falcons confront the West Springfield Terriers (West Springfield, MA) in a Valley Wheel challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Minnechaug Regional will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Terriers enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 1-0 league loss to East Longmeadow (East Longmeadow, MA).

The Bombers now possess a 3-3 record.
