The Rockbridge County Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Northside Vikings to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Monday.

The Wildcats now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Turner Ashby for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 4. Rockbridge County will meet a Knights team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Riverheads (Staunton, VA). The Knights record now stands at 3-3.

The Vikings (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 7-2 record. In their last game, Franklin County gained a win over Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
