In Monday's league battle, the host Charlevoix Rayders soccer squad scored a close 5-0 win over the Kalkaska Blazers.
The Rayders (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Harbor Springs (Harbor Springs, MI). The Rams go into the Lake Michigan battle with a 6-8 record.
The Blazers (7-8) will now prepare for their battle against Pine River Area (Leroy, MI). The Bucks go into the Northern Michigan - North battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Pine River Area nipped Crossroads Charter Academy (Big Rapids, MI), 7-1, in a league battle.
