The crowd at Monday's league test between the Hendersonville Bearcats (Hendersonville, NC) and the host Patton Panthers (Morganton, NC), saw Hendersonville's soccer squad get by Patton by a count of 2-1.

With the loss, Patton drops to 12-2 on the season. The Panthers host Polk County (Columbus, NC) to meet the Wolverines in a Mountain Foothills Seven 2A test on Wednesday, October 5. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 1-11. Polk County lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Brevard (Brevard, NC)
