Next, the Wildcats confront the Rosewood Eagles (Goldsboro, NC) in a Carolina 1A challenge, on Wednesday, October 5. Hobbton will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 9-0 league win over Lakewood (Roseboro, NC).

The Rebels now possess a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Neuse Charter for a Carolina 1A challenge on Wednesday, October 5. North Duplin will confront a Cougars team coming off a 4-3 league win over Union (Rose Hill, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 6-5.
