The crowd at Monday's league test between the Monmouth Academy Mustangs (Monmouth, ME) and the visiting Lisbon Greyhounds (Lisbon Falls, ME), saw Monmouth Academy's soccer squad knock off Lisbon by a count of 5-2.

The Mustangs now hold a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Hall-Dale for a Class C - South test on Wednesday, October 5. Monmouth Academy will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 1-1 league Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Lisbon drops to 8-2 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Mount Abram (Strong, ME) to meet the Roadrunners in a Class C - South test on Wednesday, October 5. The Roadrunners come into the test with a record of 5-1.
