The South Sumter Raiders topped the host Central Bears volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league test.
The Raiders now have a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Weir for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 5. South Sumter will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Dunnellon (Dunnellon, FL). The Hurricanes record now stands at 0-11.
The Bears (1-15) will now prepare for their test against Crystal River (Crystal River, FL). The Pirates enter the non-league test with a 4-12 record. In their last test, Crystal River was knocked off by Nature Coast Tech (Brooksville, FL), 3-0, in a non-league test.
