The Wolcott RVT Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Gilbert Yellowjackets to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Monday.

The Wildcats now have a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bullard-Havens for a Connecticut Technical game on Wednesday, October 5. Wolcott RVT will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Kaynor Tech (Waterbury, CT). The Tigers record now stands at 7-3.

The Yellowjackets (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT). The Chiefs enter the Berkshire game with a 10-2 record. In their last game, Nonnewaug gained a win over Bethel (Bethel, CT), 3-0, in a non-league game.
