The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Silverado Hawks (Victorville, CA) and the host Granite Hills Cougars (Apple Valley, CA), saw Silverado's volleyball squad beat Granite Hills by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Silverado upgrades its record to 10-8 on the year. The Hawks host Adelanto (Adelanto, CA) to play the Saints in a Desert Sky bout on Monday, October 10. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 12-12.

The Cougars now own a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to Adelanto for a Desert Sky bout on Wednesday, October 5. Granite Hills will play a Saints squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Barstow (Barstow, CA). The Saints record now stands at 12-12.
