In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Prince George Royals volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Hermitage Panthers.

The Royals (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Meadowbrook (Richmond, VA). The Monarchs come into the Central battle with a 4-8 record. In their last battle, Meadowbrook lost by Thomas Dale (Chester, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Godwin Eagles (Richmond, VA) in a Colonial battle, on Thursday, October 6. Hermitage will attempt to advance on its 3-12 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 9-4 record after their 3-1 league win over J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA).
